I agree that the simpsons was the funniest/satirical/most influential comedy show of all time,sadly its kinda like hulk hogan or ric flair in the way they have runed there legacy by sticking around toolong, and sadly people wont truley apreciate them untl there no longer around - (see how i used a wrestling to explain summit non wrstling related)

p.s does brooke hogan remind anyone else of my favourite blonde porn star stacy valentine..

I'm a Simpsons fanatic, up until Season 17... Thats about the cutoff for me ...I don't watch any of the new stuff. Just all the old seasons on DVD. The new stuff is like watching Bret Hart wrestle at Mania a few yrs back.

Up until season 17!? What the hell!? I say the Simpsons were golden till 1998. Past that, they stink.

If you ever have a kid, feed him the first 8 seasons of the Simpsons. He will develop a great sense of humor.

Yeah, I would say after Seasons 12-13 or so they were running on fumes but they would still pull off a few good enough episodes per season to keep me watching and hopeful for more.

The early stuff is just so good.

I haven't watched any new episodes in their entirely in at least five years. I'm a huge mark for the first ten seasons.

And i have the first 10 Seasons on dvd , Yet to open season 10. My favorite episode is with Nsync New Kids on the Blecch from season 12.
