The Presidential debate was great and pretty even but most news outlets are giving the win to Romney who was aggressive and crisp compared to the President who seem to tow the line not wanting to risk his lead in the polls Incher predicted on tonight's show that Obama would win the debate

To be fair they also claimed he gave a good convention speech that polls showed days later was a dud

So if the polls don't change or go down for Romney than Incher could be right that Obama won

Well I don't think Incher is wrong unless Romney wins the election... not sure he was talking about the debate itself.

Which if Romney wins than he'll be incredibly lucky, Electoral College wise its almost damn near impossible for him to come back and win this election. He's losing Pennsylvania, Florida, Ohio, Nevada, Virginia, Wisconsin, and now is start to struggle in Iowa, and and North Carolina. Just losing the first three alone makes it damn near impossible to come back and win

I thought it was a draw, which I guess means Romney came out better.

The fact Romney didn't embarrass himself makes him the winner, he was just lucky they expected him to fail misseribly because if you look at what he was saying he avoided most questions, and gave zero to no detail in any of his programs

From everything I've seen, the majority of people thought Romney won.

What people though, if its the media I wouldn't hold my breath. They said after Romney's Convention Speech that it was good and it bombed. Watching it through I thought Romney style and performance wise won, the problem is substance wise he really didn't say anything. The few times they discussed anything of substance Romney played loose and avoided the substance of the point he was making. Which when thats your main critism its not going to help you.

Eh, I really don't even care, but the vast majority say Romney won. Even friends of mine who are all liberals thought he won.

Do people even still care about elections? I've just been ignoring this whole thing. I really don't care who wins.

Exactly. The rest of the fans are too lazy to make it to the arena. You're never going to get them.

Worth a read regarding how factual their statements were.

In the UK they said Romney clearly won and Obama is in trouble.

Last night on Real Time, Maher suggested Obama was high, since his performance was so bad. Even Gore is making excuses for Obama, saying it was in Denver and the high altitude got to him.
