Apter: I’d like to welcome to this weeks PWI Interview at the PWI Offices, TravisInDenver. First thing first Travis you have been with Heady Wrestling Alliance off and on since 2007. What brought you to HWA?

Travis: I came here to prove my skills in and out of the ring. I have always worked hard and proven myself no matter where I ended up. HWA seems to have the best current roster of talent and I want to prove myself against them.

Apter: You have a lot of history of Jason X, we know that you two have both feuded and teamed together in past promotions before you were both in HWA. Now it seems like your real life friendship has been splintered. Looking back did you expect at this point in your careers that something like this could happen? Also, what are some of your favorite moments with him in the sport?

Travis: I didn’t expect this to happen. I figured at this point in our lives our long lasting friendship would be enough for him. He and I have been through a lot in our careers, street fights, tag team ladder matches (both as a team and not), Last Man standing matches. We have beaten each other to a bloody pulp more times than I care to count. It was my understanding that we were beyond this. So his actions as of late have been surprising to say the least.
As far as some of my favorite memories, it would have to be some of the times we actually were on the same page. He and I make a formidable team. No one could stop us. The only time we ever lost a tag title match was when one of us got sick of the other. Even when we didn’t team up and were just friendly in the back, we would have great matches one on one. I guess a lot of the stuff we will be remembered for is rifts that’s we got into. But I personally think our best stuff was when it was just one on one, no personal matters surrounding it.
Most people want to ask me about the Last Man Standing match we had. While I did lose that it took him hitting me with his variation of the Pedigree off of the top rope to keep me down. Both of us lost so much blood in that match that each of us needed a transfusion. While we laid there in the back we looked at each other and had a moment of mutual respect. That was also the last time things between us got personal up till now.

Apter: Obviously since we are talking about you and Jason. While he threw the first stone in this feud, you seem intent on continuing it now. Did you feel like it was over when you eliminated him from Crockett Cup? What are your feelings on him winning the tournament this year after losing and being brought back to replace a wrestler who went AWOL?

Travis: Yes I did. The first round of the Crockett Cup was supposed to be a wakeup call for him. He cannot beat me one on one. Hell it took a foul up from my wife to allow him to beat me this last time.
What do you think my feelings are?...what kind of question is that Apter? ITS BULLSHIT!! I beat him to within an inch of his life and he gets a pass. He pulls those types of stunts, brining my family into it, attacking me from behind during my interview with President Clinton, and CCP Front Office says that he should be included in the selection process to make up for Dickman.

Apter: Speaking of your wife. She is also a member of the HWA roster. She has gone out of her way to compete with the men even going so far as to say she would compete with you and defeat you. Have her actions created any kind of tension between the two of you at home and do you think she could beat you in a match?

Travis: I don’t think she could beat me in a fair match but let’s be honest being in a match with her wouldn’t be fair. As far as tension at home that’s none of your damn business is it? She knows she screwed up at the last show and has promised me that she will get better as my manager. That’s all you need to know. Keep out of my personal life.

Apter: Don’t you think this plays into why Jason has made the comments he has about you and your family?

Travis: You don’t listen very well do you? I don’t know why Jason did what he did. If it truly is about my family then he is more dilusional than I originally thought. I honestly think he said what he did to get me off my game. How well did that turn out for him? I beat him till he couldn’t move.

Apter: What are your goals in HWA?

Travis: To be the best on the roster. To out shine and outperform everyone.

Apter: We are going to do some word association

Travis: Go for it.

Apter: Speckie James Blanchard

Travis: Tough and determined

Apter: El Santo Loco

Travis: Pure insanity

Apter: Taso The Greek

Travis: Unpredictable

Apter: Duane

Travis: Prick

Apter: President Clinton

Travis: Bad President but great TV host and Friend

Apter: Vann

Travis: Great Promoter

Apter: “Playboy” Don Douglas

Travis: Not a real Playboy

Apter: Oldschool

Travis: Quiet but useful

Apter: William Morey

Travis: Weird

Apter: Nikhil

Travis: Good Brit

Apter: Dan Baltar

Travis: Don’t know much about him but from what I have seen pretty good in the ring.

Apter: Any final words you would like to give to your fans out there reading this?

]Travis: This is only the beginning. I will not stop. I will not Bend. I will not break. If you get in my way, no matter who you are, I will take you down. And now you know. And knowing is half the battle.

Apter: Thank you Travis, we appreciate you coming to the offices today. Good luck in all your future endeavors.

Travis: *stares back and nods*

Not a real playboy? Maybe Travis should ask his wife about that one. Why do you think they've been having so many issues lately? She caught me in Nashville at about 4 a.m. while I was celebrating my win in the Buckhouse qualifier and I took "the Mile High Mistress" to places the space shuttle can't go.

A word of advice to Travis from the greatest mind in wrestling: considering the troubles you're having with your old lady and your former best friend, your plate may be a little too full to start taking shots at someone like me.

There was no offense intended with that word associate Don. But as I said nobody will get in my way. Keep that in mind and stay out of my business.

Playboy, playboy, dont go starting shit your ass cant handle. You were so drunk off your ass, you think you saw me. I was at home with my husband, doing what married couples do best. You think you are a playboy, while really we all know you get that copy of Playgirl every month. Hmmm, gay are we???

Travis, I myself am first and foremost a business man, and business is at an all time high for "Playboy" Don Douglas. As far as I can tell, your business doesn't interfere with my business. However, if I even think someone is taking a shot at me, I will respond.

Crystal, you were at home doing what married couples do best? You mean screaming at a bunch of snot nosed kids, arguing over who's going to do the dishes, and trying to drink away the feeling of emptiness? I guess that wasn't you in Nashville, because whoever she was, she was a hell of a lot more lively than that.

As for the Playgirl comment, that would have been a good one around 5th grade. That's about all the acknowledgment I'm going to give it.

Really Playboy, is that the best you can come up with?? Hmm, maybe you should read your posts a little more carefully. You said you saw me at 4 am?? Well, like I said, I was doing what married couples do, which obviously you havent done in so long that you forgot what married couples do at 4 am. That would be fucking the living shit out of Travis! Yep thats right, I was having sex with my husband. Our "problems" are minor, we work through it, and life goes on. I thank Travis for getting me in the business, because life is so much better for me and my family.

Its saying things like this that give fuel to guys like Apter and Jason. What have I said in the past. Keep our personal family dealings to ourselves. Focus on what needs to be done in the ring.

And what do you do in the ring?? If you want me to be your manager, treat me with respect, and defend my ass every so often since I seem to be the one having to defend our marriage all the time.

Actually, I must admit: what married couples do is a little bit of a mystery to me because I've always been too smart to tie myself down. I can only base my statements on things I've heard from frustrated housewives all across the country, and from what they've told me, at 4:00 a.m. one of them is usually too drunk to actually do anything because they hate their life, and the other is pretending to be asleep in case the drunk one actually wants to try something.

As usual, this seems like a case where the woman is better off listening to her man. You might want to consider what Travis had to say.

Yeah and fuck you Nixon, shouldn't record your conversations now!

Dont forget the famous Black Hawk Down mission in Mogadishu which you ordered in 1993.

Clint has been one of the best presidents since FDR. No this is my true opinion,I studied America from 1918-1990,so I know!!

Okay first off William who are you? Who have you beat here in the HWA? you might have a win or two...but son a win or two does not give you the right to step up to one of the big dogs here. For as much as I don't like people like Duane...I respect him because he has the wins to back up his talk...you however don't and the more you talk like a blithering moron...the less people will take you seriously. Maybe if you get some wins under your belt I might consider letting you step in the ring with me...until then take some speaking lessons and learn to formulate a sentence properly...because your wrestling and your promos need a little work.

Now Apter, why did you give Travis an interview?

I mean...sure my schedule is full...but I would've gladly taken time out of it to fly to the PWI Offices and given you a candid interview...However I really don't feel slighted...if anything I'm happy you interviewed Travis...because of your interview more people have now seen just how right I am.

You asked Travis if the things his wife does confirms my statements about his family...and he didn't give a strong answer...and we know why...

I mean look at her actions after the interview was published...She's talking *shudders* about their sex life...She's grandstanding about their personal life...yet he is trying to shut her up...It is obvious that there are problems...

Travis the more you let your hen do the squawking for you the more people will see that I have been right...you think I'm delusional...yet you and your wife have done nothing to prove me wrong...and the more you try to brush this under the rug the more you are showing that you are delusional one...your wife is writing checks that your career can't cash...and when all is said and done not even divine intervention could revive your career

you mention beating me in the first round of the Crockett Cup...you are partially right...you did beat me...however you and OldSchool beat me in a two on one situation...so what did you really gain? what did your career gain? You complain I was brought back, yet I was brought back in a random drawing to make sure that what happened to me didn't happen to Puft...who I can't say enough good things about the man is a tremendous in ring competitor and I know we left the tournament with new found respect for each other...sadly Travis while my respect for Puft has grown...my respect for you has died...
