Keep 2-3 of the older guys who cant work but are still over with the crowd, in a special-appearance/promo type of capacity, while slowly integrating indy guys who the fans have heard of , into the mix (which it sounds like they did a little of, with Ruckus and some other guy beating down the Gangstas)
If Shane has a long term agenda with this company and run shows every month, I think this is a great approach to have. I think he should add guys like Jerry Lynn and Kid Kash to be regulars on his shows though. They are still productive with name recognition and are more suitable for the in-ring styles that are more present in the indy scene. They could help in the development of the talent. Raven in a managerial role is interesting. Dreamer brought in to be a figure head and part-time talent. Have the shows based around current young indy talent, but have the vets brought in to help build the talent and create nostalgia to hype the events. If that's Shane's agenda, it could work.
Um Lynn is retired at the end of the year and Kid Kash last I heard is still contracted by TNA but when I think ECW I think Kid Kash. Also Tommy Dreamer refused to be involved with the group.
The young talent thing was bullshit if This group really wanted to be about younger talent than why they'd call it Extreme Reunion?
