Fit Finlay is now officially back with WWE as of today as reported by Bill Apter. He had been in negotiations since WrestleMania but there were situations that delayed the deal being finalized. credit f4wonline

He needs to be in charge of the Divas again. With Kong as there headliner, and Finlay working with the Divas, it could be the strongest womens division the company has ever seen. Finlay for those who don't know, has been responsible for WWE's and TnA's womens divisions when they were at there peak. I dont know what it is about him, but the guy can train some women.
