He was fucking awesome all night long. That dynamic between him and Vince was red hot. That was a bit of IWA and ROH Punk on RAW last night..... much to my applause.

I think it was more the people he was involved with than Punk

Nah, it was Punk. Vince and Heyman helped, but it was Punk's ability to draw heat and maintain it throughout. It was as if 2003 Punk came back to life.

oh Spec Fuck off, you said two weeks ago how great the Heyman and CM Punk group was when it clearly fell flat with the majority and now your again trying to over sell Punk in some weird mission of yours to never just say he it was a good segment. Punk had just as much mic and promo time the past two weeks and no one gave a shit yet the night that you have a face character Vince McMahon creating an actual conflict other than CM Punk's weekly verbal blow job to his abilities it gets over. Yes Punk performed well tonight but its because the people he played off of made him look good

You're not tough, so stop trying to act like it.

Whatever.... This thread isn't about you, and I'm not dealing with your bipolar posts for the remainder of it.

For those that didn't see it or would like to relive its awesomeness!!! Punk's best since last summer IMO. Vince and Heyman kicked ass here too... glad that Vince decided to take control of the show last night. Best show in many months.

Seriously xt, go away so we can talk about wrestling. Even when stuff is good you manage to shit all over it. Neat.

I got home from work and watched the raw replay via the net as usual. And I just watched Punk talk all over Vince and slap him upside the head. It was pretty fucking awesome.

Yeah Maple, good show tonight. Punk really had some fire in him tonight. There were some good matches and Vince and Punk gave us a hot promo, Probably the best 3 hour RAW so far.

Man, the WWE putting forth some effort. That's crazy talk.

I might have to see for myself.

It is really funny to see how when the top of the card stuff is doing well that the normal shitty mid card stuff just seems more tolerable. That happened a little for me tonight, with the exception of the Heath Mcyntire Jinder Mahal crap. Other than that, the crowd was way into Punk and Mcmahon tonight.

Yeah this was a good show.. Having JBL on color always helps a lot too.

The Vince-Punk stuff was great, the DB/Kane vs Dolph/Del Rio match, and Sheamus-Wade Barrett were pretty good matches as well..

The Sheamus vs. Barrett match was pretty darn fun to watch. The only thing needed was some good ol' JR "SLOBBERKNOCKER!" calls.

Really enjoyed RAW last night. Lots of good action with nothing real bad standing out... Punk probably sold more for a 65 year old man than he probably should have, but whatthehell... It was fun... That crowd was hot as shit.

punk is good as a heel but I would perfer something more outta the booking for punk at this point. He was a heel for 2 years on smackdown basically doing the same shit. (SES)

I just picked up the CM Punk Best in the World DVD Set today from Wal-Mart..... eager to see this 120 minute documentary with tons of bonus footage. I'm really excited about the direction of Punk right now. It was so obvious that Vince was running things last night. It was like he said "fuck it" and told everyone that this is how I want it done tonight.
