From favorite to least
Iron Man 1 - Really set the standard for the movies to come. Awesome movie
2. Hulk- I thin Ed Nortons performance in this doesn't get enough praise. Finally!! a good Hulk movie and no one really noticed, i think they were all scarred by the Eric Banna hulk movie.
3. Thor- Wow was i impressed by this. I didn't think it would be good and all with the amount of Asgard i thought would be in it. I was proven wrong, me and my wife both liked this.
4. Iron Man 2- I wasn't as happy with this as the first one. I still liked it alot and i will buy the DVD when i see it cheap enough. It just wasn't one of my favorites
5. Captain America- A big big let down for me. I saw it in 3D and the 3D did nothing for me. The story was good at the beginning and end but alot of the middle just wasn't necessary. Tommy Lee Jones is awesome in it though :)

I liked Iron Man 2, but it failed to have a big pay off, for me, when the main bad guy who defeated so quickly and didn't have a big, 1 on 1, fight with Iron Man.

Mine would be:
1. Iron Man
2. Thor
3. Iron Man 2
4. Hulk
5. Captain America

Only one I didn't like too much was Captain America. I heard it was so good but was pretty bored. I agree with what TT said about it. I thought Thor was the most surprising, I really liked it and if it wasn't for Iron Man it would be my #1. Iron Man was just great. I thought Hulk was really underated.

I've been waiting for Captain America to be made into a film as well as the Avengers team movie for the longest time, upset to hear a cold war super hero is a let down.

Captain America started in the 40's. There was a couple other Captain America movies before this one. Anyway, most people loved it, so you might too. My brother was let down, he is a huge Cap fan.

1. Iron Man
2. Captain America
3. Iron Man 2
4. The Incredibe Hulk
5. Thor

I really liked Captain America (and Iron Man naturally), all the rest of the Avengers movies have been more or less average. Entertaining, but nothing to write home about. Positions 3-5 are more or less interchangeable. I'm really pumped for the Avengers movie though, the trailer looked good.

What a moron. Russia fought on the side of the Allies against the Axis of Evil. Helping Germany was a symbolic end of the cold war. You couldn't be more wrong if you tried.

I think that Captain America had a good choice for actor for the eponymous role. I also think Hugo Weaving was a good, comic style bad guy for the role, too. Tommy Lee Jones, too. I just think it began to go awry, when they had him be a poster boy for war bonds. It really stopped the movie dead. Also, it made it more jarring, when he just suddenly becomes an actual soldier all of a sudden and saves everyone.

I also didn't think you ever felt the scope of things, either. The blue energy guns looked kinda stupid, too.

I never read any of the comics, so I had no real expectations for any of these. Thought Ed Norton's Hulk was just excellent (Bana's was just boring, and I really like Bana)... I actually really enjoyed Captain America. I don't know, maybe it was because he was a hero that wasn't totally emotionally damaged or conceited. Just a guy that loved his country and had a fuck-ton of courage even before he got his superpowers. It was refreshing for some reason...

I'm not sure, but was there a part in this topic where it said any Marvel movie -- EXCEPT Spider-Man ones?

Perhaps when they decide to give him some sort of discernible clothes to cover up the seemingly cockless region between his belly button and knees...

If you read the comics I think you'll find his cock was torn off by Alaskan Goats in the Scottish Alps of Southern Afghanistan. ;)

Doesn't mention anything about the exclusion of the New Avengers.

Why does everything need to be an argument for the sake of arguing ? It says the Avengers movie, why would it include people not in the movie ?

That movie was awful lol. Red Skull was Italian. Ever see the old Roger Corman Fantastic Four movie ? I don't think it was released either. There's also a 1970's Captain America movie.

Yea that one was very bad.. It was never released on DVD to..Only online are at Comic Book conventions bootlegs)

The Captain American (1990)was released on VHS only..
The other Captain American from the 70's was a TV movie/ not lasting TV show

How about the 1940's Captain American.. it was cool!!! I bet Flea likes this one the best.
