Today I was at hot topic and they had a John Cena Rise Above Hate hoodie. I came super close to buying it but ultimately decided not to. I did buy a Bad Relgion and an Arkham City shirt. So what I am asking you is did I make the correct decision? Should I have bought that hoodie and worn to every wrestling show I ever go to? Or did I make the right move when I went home empty handed?

You made the right choice because Bad Religion are one of the greatest bands ever and headlined the first real punk rock show (not in some dudes basement or VFW hall) i'd ever been to almost twenty fucking years ago. And on some quantum level the awesomeness of Bad Religion and Batman cancel out all things Cena, so in a way you brought balance to the universe.

Hot Topic seems like an odd place to buy a Rise Above Hate hoodie

First of all, why did you walk inside Hot Topic?

Secondly, I think you made the right choice.

You're a complete bastard, you have no heart, and your fashion sense is horrible...those are ugly shoes.

Now how will you remember to rise above the hate? If you encounter hate in the next few days, and fail to rise above it, then you will regret your choice. It may haunt you.

You made the right choice and here's why.

You would have bought it to have been ironic.

Only the people who know you well would have known that.

Other people would have thought you were a Cena fan.

Thus half the people wouldn't have gotten the joke, the other have would, but ironic t-shirts are becoming awfully douche-y these days anyways. (not quite Tapout shirt or Ed Hardy clothes douche, but still kinda douche)
