All of the backstage vignettes last night on iMPACT! were unscripted in that none of the verbiage was given to the talents involved. Everyone knew where the segments were designed to go and were pretty much told to treat it as a serious situation like athletes were talking to their coach. This was done to make the title and getting a shot at the title as important as possible.

Angle said something to Jeff like 'just because you're jeff hardy n everyone likes you..you think you can just take the spot because your jeff hardy?' & Jeff said something like 'well..yeah...... your son likes me.' lol he said it in like a trailing off way when someone else started talking, it was gold. Hogan & Bully had a good exchange as well. Best TV promotion going today in a world where no one really wants pro wrestling anymore. So many people aren't even aware of it going on or just soured on wrestling post 03' all together, can't blame'm. Just glad Impact is damn entertaining.

That opening with Hogan, Angle, Hardy, Styles, and Bubba Ray was the stupidest fucking 10 minutes of television I've seen all year. What about that was supposed to make me give a fuck about this show? Angle doesn't know what continually holding on to a championship is a good thing? Brother Ray is a bully but he uses terms like put over at least three times and basically puts over Hogan and Angle. STyles comes off like a fucking child yelling at his parents and these guys all respect each other and Hogan thinks they all deserve a shot then what is he making his judgement off of? Oh wait Hogan "Bully I think you can beat him" but then doesn't choose him after making it sound so important that Rude lose the title.

When you add the fucking stupid shit about Formats, and talking about shit that doesn't even matter no wonder TNA is losing ratings if they are producing shit like this. Thats all but saying hey guys this is a work don't take it seriously

Yeah, it didn't come off as overly scripted... Pretty natural, actually...

Do you have a job or a boss? If you lived a real life you wouldn't care so much about guys in thier underwear masturbating for children.

i liked it, didnt like "Format", "shoot" and "over", but otherwise, real good stuff.

also dont see why Roode having title is so bad for company that they needed a pow-pow to get belt off of him

They were some of the best stuff I've ever seen TNA film. It was totally believable and captivating. The vignettes set a great tone for the show last night..... building to the main event and ending with Sting and Roode. There was a beginning, middle and ending. I want more of these segments on the show as possible. It was so obvious that the primary point to the vignettes was to put over the top title in the company.... its importance to the company and the wrestlers. This is something the E and TNA have failed at for many years. I was pleased to see TNA improve on this. I had the feeling that the belt not only mattered but was the most important element of the company.

I thought it was good, but I didn't care for the hokey, reality show music. I hope they do away with that when they go live.

I liked the segments with Hogan and I also liked the story that they built up for the main event title match. That Roode was on the cusp of becoming the longest reigning World Champion and that AJ's the one who he would be passing in order to get it so Roode literally had to go through him in order to achieve that benchmark. It was simple, but I loved it.

I liked the segment, and overall it was another really solid Impact.

Because its fucking stupid, its all but screaming this is a work, you burned 10 minutes of TV time to hear Hogan talk about formatting, Kurt Angle not understand why holding the title for a long period is a good thing, Jeff Hardy talk about the fans which was all but buried by the other wrestlers, oh and again you had Hogan talk about how important it was to get the belt off Bobby Roode and said Bully I know you could beat him and then give no reason at all why he didn't choose him.

IT WAS FUCKING STUPID!

Seriously why would that make any fan who doesn't follow TNA regular care about The title, the storyline, the wrestlers in the room, or Hulk Hogan? No one comes off good in that. Bully is blowing Hogan and Angle, Kurt comes off like an idiot, AJ continues to prove after 10 years he still can't cut a basic promo, and Jeff Hardy looks like an idiot and served no purpose. What about this was good?

So worked up and you hate TNA, what a waste of life.

All of us who were watching the show liked it. I think it was Spec who said the show had what you wanted a beginning, middle, and end. And what you're not getting is there were more of these segments on the show that put it all in context.

I'm asking a pretty basic thing about that segment with Hogan, Bully Ray, Kurt Angle, Jeff Hardy, and AJ Styles and not one of you have answered it.

WHAT WAS GOOD ABOUT IT?
