Matt Hardy was arrested again this Monday for DUI.

Matt Hardy tweeted this in response "For the first time in my life, I've been gotten! WOW!! 0, 0 and 0 (the results of his breathalyzer tests). . .I'm truly appalled. This will not go down without a fight."
